| Description |
Duties - Responsibilities
-Shall be an expert in the analyzer sample systems with minimum of 5 years of experience and able to evaluate and implement modifications to upgrade On-Line Analyzers Sample Conditioning and Sample Recovery Systems.
-He shall conduct field surveys and recommend remedies and sample filtration if required to resolve analyzers’ pressure, flow and contamination problems affecting the performance of the analyzers Sample Conditioning Systems.
-Shall implement an optimized On-Line Analyzers Preventive Maintenance Program (procedures and frequencies) and review analyzer materials / spare parts requirements.
-Should have an experience to work with most of the analyzers in Table (1).
-Shall set up an effective Training Program to improve analyzer technical skills. The training program shall include, but not limited to, the following information:
-Analyzer chemistry
-Analyzer theory
-Analyzers components
-Sample Conditioning components
-Technical hands-on training on various analyzers systems used at .
Qualifications
-Shall possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications acceptable, which reflects his capabilities to perform the work stated in the contract
Shall have, as a minimum, five (5) years of experience in analyzer related work such as design changes, engineering and maintenance procedures, calibration, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.
-Shall have deep knowledge in chemistry and refinery processes.
-He shall have past experience in testing and commissioning of On-Line Analyzers in Refining and Petrochemical Plants.
-Shall be able to interpret, recommend and implement analyzer engineering design changes.
-Should have an experience to work with most of the analyzers in Table (1).
-Shall be able to understand and troubleshoot analyzers sample conditioning systems.
-Shall be able to review and recommend analyzers spare parts and propose MRP (Material Replenishment Program), and update analyzers documentation system.
-Shall be able to utilize a computer and related analyzer hardware and software such as Analyzer workstations and portable analyzer.
-Shall be able to provide specialized analyzer training for Analyzer technicians to bring them up to an acceptable level of competency.
-Must have a valid driving license in country of origin or international driving license or Saudi driving license.
-Good command of English language. |
